The chef welcomes special requests and can tailor dishes to suit any dietary needs, including grilling mouthwatering barbecues while you lounge in the poolside sunken sala, or enjoy a drink at the swim-up bar.

Villa Norbu's luxurious setting complements every meal. The centrepiece of the dining room is a grand merbau wood table with hanging bamboo lamps, ideal for lively conversations as an attentive butler keeps your glass full. Start your day with a hearty breakfast serenaded by cascading water and birdsong. Groceries and beverages are charged at cost price with a 20% handling fee which is subject to service and tax at the prevailing rate. Guests will be requested to provide grocery money in advance, and the staff will do the shopping and keep receipts for reference. Kindly discuss your dining requirements with the Villa Manager in advance to allow time for preparation and planning.
